February and March Events at Dry City Brew Works

Would you like to sip a local beer while listening to live music? Then head to Dry City Brew Works, an easy drive or Uber ride from our Two Itasca Place Apartments. The brewers at Dry City love to explore new flavors and styles. Beers currently on tap include Hop Bebop, Robust a Move, and Pull of the Weasel. For designated drivers, there is a house-made soda that frequently changes.

Throughout the year, a variety of artists take to the stage. Here are a few upcoming performances you won’t want to miss!

Dave Ramont (February 24th)

Dave Ramont is an Illinois-born singer who grew up listening to The Rolling Stones and Simon & Garfunkel. He picked up a guitar at the age of 11 and played in various bands throughout high school. Today, his songs are heard on radio stations throughout Europe and the United States, and include I Wanna Marry a Waitress, Ain’t Funny, and Shootin’ Match.

Steve Petrovich (March 2nd)

Steve Petrovich is an accomplished musician who performs more than 500 cover songs and original pieces. He is strictly an acoustic guitar artist, and for more than 25 years, he has entertained audiences at venues such as the House of Blues and Bar Louie. His set list includes Folsom Prison Blues, Cat’s in the Cradle, and Falling Slowly.

Lexia Kennedy and Dave Reynolds (March 17th)

Spend St. Patrick’s Day listening to Lexia Kennedy and Dave Reynolds. They’re taking the stage to entertain with lively Irish tunes and American classics. They’ll have you tapping your toes from start to finish. Lexia is a young, award-winning fiddle player who competes in Ireland every year. She honed her skills at the Murphy Roche School of Irish Music in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
